Hiam Abbass is the sixth director of The Miu Miu Women's Tales' series, named today at the 69th Venice film Festival. She will take part in the special project by Miu Miu with a short movie. During the event the audience gave Hiam a standing ovation. Can’t wait to watch the trailer.

Bob Wilson's Life and Death of Marina Abramovic. This documentary portrays a meeting of the director Robert Wilson, with the performance artist Marina Abramovic, the singer Antony Hegarty and the actor Willem Dafoe, during which the idea to develop a play on the life of Marina Abramovic was born. The result is a sublime mix of artists, musicians and actors that depicts - from vaudeville to balkan electronic music - the intense personality of the 'grandmother of performance art'.
Marina Abramovic said: "I learnt a lot from Bob Wilson, especially how important silence is beyond words. Nobody makes anything out of happiness, whereas sickness, hell, tragic moments determine changes in life".
